This image dates back to September of 2001, back when I was still a n00b at the GIMP. Flare was the first great GIMP image I ever made. It's pure GIMP too, no other programs involved. I was just playing around with a bunch of the GIMP plugins one day, and I came up with something cool by accident. This was it. I don't really know what it's supposed to be a picture of, but so what? It looks cool.
