I kinda like this scene; it's all peaceful looking. :) Unfortunately, I forgot to render the image in full 1024x768 resolution, and I didn't save the original .ter file either. As a result, the best I have is a 640x480 rendering. Still kinda neat and peaceful, but not big enough to be used as a wallpaper. :(
Here's an interesting bit of trivia most people wouldn't notice: the stars aren't reflected in the water, but the moon is. This is because I added in the stars after the render was done. Terragen doesn't have the ability to render stars. But I wanted stars. So I used the GIMP to make some and added them in with varying levels of transparency to make them blend in more realistically.
Most people would probably just assume that the stars aren't reflected in the water because the stars aren't bright enough to reflect. To those people I say "*cough* *cough* Yes, of course; I planned that." :)
